The IMATTER24/7 Three-Month Method is specific and unique to each individual as everyone is bio-individual. We will look at primary and secondary foods, teaching you about this concept, how it will benefit you. Each session we will take small steps toward goals rather than pushing to make changes sharing anti aging practices. Sessions will include our exclusive AI APP and or community app, handouts, recipes, books, and ongoing support. We will look at the root cause and guide you in holistic healing, addressing all areas of life. We will look at eating habits, sleep, stress, relationships, hygiene, attitude, meditation and exercise along with home practices. Twelve weeks is the sweet spot to make lasting, sustainable changes.

Together, we will face social events, work challenges, holidays, multiple seasons, different ways to utilize self-y are, and think through solutions that work for you. Food Changes Everything! Discover how to feel your best, increase your energy. Improve personal relationships making self care a priority in your life. Understand your body better by exploring new foods and reducing cravings. Feel confident in your life's choices by finding your God given gift, your life's purpose and passion. HOW IT WORKS?

Live sessions may include 1:1, group, or group + 1:1
1:1 Individual Sessions: Meet once a week for three months. 12 Weeks
Group Sessions: Meet once a month for three months 12 Weeks (50 minutes per session)
Start with health history, then look at one month, and three-month goals - make a plan and achieve!
Sessions can be an online conference call/video chat, depending on which program selected.
